Miramar Group Activates “Mira Care” Initiatives. Fighting the Pandemic & Standby You

Amidst the recent COVID-19 surge in Hong Kong, Miramar Group immediately brings together company resources and manpowers to activate the “Mira Care” initiatives to support the community through a series of enhanced preventive measures at its shopping mall, hotel and dining business, and giving out 100,000 sets of COVID-19 rapid antigen test kits to staff, tenants, customers and community. Through the initiatives, Miramar Group is committed to providing more secured environment for people to dine, shop and stay safely during this difficult time of unprecedented challenges. Starting from today, each customer can receive a complimentary Rapid Antigen Test Kit* from us upon dine-in consumption at Cuisine Cuisine ifc, Tsui Hang Village, JAJA and Chinesology.

*Each customer can receive a set of test kit per consumption, while stocks last.

In view of the rapid developing coronavirus, Mira Dining has taken additional precautionary measures on top of our usual health and safety protocols.

1. All staffs are fully vaccinated with 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccine
2. All staff are required to complete rapid antigen test daily provided by the company and obtain negative results before reporting to work
3. All staff are required wear surgical mask during service period, and wear gloves as required.
4. Chefs have to wear surgical mask and gloves when handling and cooking food items
5. A non-contact forehead infrared thermometer is arranged for taking a temperature check to all guests upon arrival
6. Auto-sanitization dispenser is provided at the public area
7. Disinfecting wet wipes are ready for each guest own use
8. All dishwashers are adjusting and running at above 85 degree Celsius which deactivates viruses

Mira Dining continues to closely monitor development of COVID-19 and strengthen relevant hygiene measures according to latest guideline issued by the HKSAR Government’s Department of Health. We will make every endeavor to provide the best dining experience.
