Regarded as the “Tycoon Canteen”, Cuisine Cuisine ifc presents a series of legendary Cantonese recipes meticulously curated by chefs of two generations: Master Chef Lee Yuk-lam and Head Chef Chau Kin-yan.
In the Crystal Set Menu, a total of 6 dishes are presented, including Sautéed Crystal King Prawns, Braised 22-Head African Dried Abalone with Australian Sea Cucumber, Fried A5 Kagoshima Wagyu with Mustard and more.
