Regarded as the “Tycoon Canteen”, Cuisine Cuisine ifc presents a series of legendary Cantonese recipes meticulously curated by chefs of two generations: Master Chef Lee Yuk-lam and Head Chef Chau Kin-yan.

In the Crystal Set Menu, a total of 6 dishes are presented, including Sautéed Crystal King Prawns, Braised 22-Head African Dried Abalone with Australian Sea Cucumber, Fried A5 Kagoshima Wagyu with Mustard and more.

Crystal Set Menu* is available from Monday to Sunday dinner hour, from now until 30 April, 2023. A complimentary of Cuisine Cuisine Prosperity Premium X.O. Sauce (170g) will be given to each guest upon purchase of menu on dining date. Please make your reservation 1 day prior to dining date.
