Here at Tsui Hang Village, freshness comes first. Each dish is prepared with select ingredients and sauces that represent real Guangdong cooking. They are noted as well for their unique and authentic Shunde and Hakka-style dishes. Tsui Hang Village is a Mecca as well for its dim sum house specialties like Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork and Shredded Boneless Chicken. Classic dishes of yesteryear also feature prominently on the menu as do nourishing seasonal selections that highlight the best that nature has to offer. Tsui Hang Village is available for festive dining with special set menus and dishes to celebrate every occasion.

Brand Concept

Tsui Hang Hang Village in Tsim Sha Tsui features sunset and garden views that accompany lunch, dinner or private functions. The red and orange floral ceiling décor also adds to the distinctive ambience.

Chef Jacky Chan

The architect behind all Tsui Hang Village restaurants is Chef Jacky Chan, whose 24 years in the Cantonese cuisine industry has made him a respected chef among his peers. Joining the Miramar Group in 2010, Chef Chan oversees all menu and quality control matters. He is a chef who can both retain tradition while experimenting with new flavor combinations and presentations. This is reflected in his signature dish Sautéed Lobster with Mango topped with Pop Rocks, garnished with Walnuts and Salad which took the top honor of the Best of the Best Culinary Awards in 2012. Besides, Chef Chan leads a team of professional and highly-trained staff who have been serving guests with pride and passion for well over three decades.
