Assaggio’s chefs team is inspired by this item and has created this special pizza fusing different texture and flavors: Combining the tender and juicy Wagyu beef slices, nutty and peppery rocket leaves and savoury Parmesan Cheese on a thin and crispy pizza crust.
Salty Egg Yolk and Seafood Pizza $198*
Salty Egg Yolk is a rising star ingredient in food trend, given its special texture and flavour which matches with many other ingredients, especially seafood. Topped with prawns and squids, this pizza is made with mozzarella cheese and salty egg yolk paste as base, boosting umami of the seafood.
