Yun Yan radiates elegance and modern understatement with reflection of traditional Sichuanese culture. The warmth of wood, bamboo and rustic brick walls creates an impressive contrast against the contemporary furniture and fills the dining room with a rustic sense of nature and comfort. Chef Tak

Working for over 40 years in the Chinese restaurant industry, Yun Yan’s Executive Chef Kenny Chan is the son in a famous family of Shichuan chefs. Besides holding major positions at major restaurants in Indonesia, Bangkok, Singapore and Canada for more than 30 years. Chef Chan was also granted the honorable title of Chef Rotisseur by the Chain des Rotisseurs in 2004. Helping him in the kitchen is a team of chefs who infuse imagination, authenticity and flair into all their dishes. The service staff as well are trained to ensure the ideal setting for a satisfying Shichuan meal.
