Whilst the Grand Lob”star” Feast overwhelms the restaurant the past few months, The French Window specially picks Truffle as the next menu “Star”, and prepares the special 4-course menu in this summer.
Begin the “Truffle Quartet” with Hokkaido Scallop with Compressed Apple and Black Truffle Caviar Dressing, followed by Butternut Squash and Sage Soup with Black Truffle Croutons. Chef specially selects the trending Red Prawns and employs it into the main dish: Red Prawn and Black Truffle Risotto Carnaroli; Finishing the meal with Truffle Panna Cotta with White Chocolate Mousse, the last boost of truffle’s unique aroma. You may even top up a glass of House Red/ White wine with special price $48*/glass.
“Truffle Quartet” menu ($398*/person) is served daily in both lunch and dinner sessions, from 17 September to 31 October 2020. Reservation is highly recommended.
