Summer is calling for more seafood-centric menus to balance out the palate. The prestigious Cantonese restaurant Tsui Hang Village is unleashing a seasonal premium lobster fiesta. Harvested off the east coast of Canada, the Canada lobsters are at the peak. Meticulously chosen, each lobster is weighted 10-12 taels, ensuring the distinctive succulent. Not only is the crustacean making its way onto Tsui Hang Village’s most sought-after dim sum menu, but also putting a fusion spin on their inventive lunch dim sum and exquisite dishes for dinner.
The “Summer Lobster Feast” menu is available from 23 July to 8 September 2019, with highlights including Crispy Fresh Lobster Claw served with Cointreau Sauce ($98/pc), Steamed Lobster and Egg White with Crispy Rice in Pumpkin Sauce ($268/whole), Sautéed Lobster with Lemongrass, Basil and Rice Cakes ($238/whole) etc.
