Michelin-starred Chef Leung Yip-yuen at Tsui Hang Village Causeway Bay presents four kinds of authentic hot pot broth to celebrate the season. Four kinds of specialty hot pot broth include Sichuanese Mala Soup, Sichuanese Pickles Fish Soup, Fish Maw and Chicken Soup, Medlar, Pear and Fish Soup. You can even combine two kinds as a soup duo according to your preference.
Diners can also find ranges of fresh ingredients to go with the scrumptious hot pot broth: Angus Beef Slices, Giant Garoupa Slices, Duck Maroon Jelly, Mala Fish Head etc.
Sichuanese Hot Pot Series is available at Tsui Hang Village Causeway Bay from 3 Oct onward, during dinner session only.
