Pairing highlights include Roasted Honey-glazed Barbecued Iberico Pork with Shredded Chicken and Jellyfish in Sesame Sauce, paired with Stag’s Leap KARIA Chardonnay as an aperitif; Pan-fried Crispy Foie Gras in Premium Soy Sauce paired with Clos du Mont-Olivet Chateauneuf-du-Pape; Pan-fried Wagyu Beef Tenderloin paired with Chitosetsuru Kura Ginjo; Finally the meal ends with a sweet note with Green Tea Glutinous Rice Roll paired with Hakkaisan Kijoshu.
