The 5-course tasting menu starts with an appetizing starter Chilled Sliced Sea Whelk with Asparagus and Pomelo, followed by one of the legendary Hong Kong soup recipes: Double-boiled Sea Whelk and Fish Maw Soup with Honeydew Melon. Savour three creative recipes: Pan-fried Scallop with Seasonal Fruit Jam, Deep-fried Prawn with Mango Sauce, Steamed Egg White and Crab Meat Topped with Lychee Stuffed with Shrimp Paste, which brought to you perfect marriage of seafood and fruits.
The menu is priced at $880 per person, dinner dine-in only. Available from 21 May onwards, please reserve 1 day in advance to your preferred dining date.
