The menu starts with the ever-popular Suckling Pig with Foie Gras and Crispy Rice, the crunchy suckling pig skin and rice cracker contrast with the silky foie gras in the middle. Followed by two seafood delicacies: Pan-fried Cod Fish with Shallot and Grilled Lobster with Garlic and Mustard Salad Dressing. Excite your palate with Stir-fried Angus Beef Tenderloin with Japanese Pepper, and be refreshed by Braised Assorted Fungus with Supreme Chicken Broth. Have a bowl of Fried Rice with Karasumi Paste and Sakura Shrimps to get satisfied, and finally a Chilled Sweet Rose-scented Osmanthus Pudding as a perfect ending.
