The chef’s team has specially prepared the Premium Lobster and Signature Dried Seafood Tasting Menu including Suckling Pig with Foie Gras and Crispy Rice, Sautéed Australia Lobster with Dried Chilli, Braised Sea Cucumber with Assorted Grains in Pumpkin Sauce and more.
Premium Lobster and Signature Dried Seafood Tasting Menu* is available from Monday to Sunday dinner hour, from now until 30 April, 2023. A complimentary of Cuisine Cuisine Prosperity Premium X.O.
