The chef’s team has specially prepared the Lobster, Suckling Pig and Signature Dried Seafood Tasting Menu including Suckling Pig with Foie Gras and Crispy Rice, Sautéed Australia Lobster with Dried Chilli, Crispy Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce and more.
Premium Lobster and Signature Dried Seafood Tasting Menu* is available from Monday to Friday dinner hour, Saturday to Sunday lunch and dinner hour, from 1 May until 30 June, 2023. A complimentary of Cuisine Cuisine Prosperity Premium X.O. Sauce (170g) will be given to each guest upon purchase of menu on dining date. Please make your reservation 1 day prior to dining date.
