“The Pandora’s Box” afternoon tea by The French Window has been updated to a new version “Ruby Sunshine” with inspirations from the captivating gemstone ruby. A new series of patisseries and savory morsels inspired by the red jewel are created and paired with a German sweet wine to please your palate. Luxuriate in an indulging afternoon with the stunning view of Hong Kong skyline and ferris wheel.
The “Ruby Sunshine” afternoon tea showcases a decadent lineup of jewel-like pastries and patisseries. The sweet delights displayed on upper deck of the box include Apple Filo Parcel, Classic Red Velvet, Brandy Cherry Financier and Princess Strawberry Shortcake and more. Open the drawer you will find six kinds of savory treats including the decadent Duck Foie Gras Macaron, Prawn & Parsley Salad, Asparagus & Crab in Hollandaise and Salmon Caviar Garden. More to the sweet side, every guest will be graced with an artisan dessert “Forget Me Not”, which entices with fresh strawberries, pomegranate and mint on a bed of luscious, refreshing pink granite made with Forget-me-not extract.
The afternoon tea set is served with a choice of beverage from freshly brewed coffee, juices or premium tea from Kusmi for every guest.
