The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to shopping at mira dining Online Shop.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to enter into a contract (which includes these terms and conditions) with mira dining online shop (“the Shop”).

By placing an order with alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You will ensure that no person shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed.

All goods are sold by reference to description as may be displayed from time to time in our website. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Miramar Group reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order we will notify you by phone or email before your requested delivery date.

Registration

You are required to register before placing any order through this website. During the registration:

a. You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information;

b. You must safeguard your username and password;

c.  You represent that any person using the site with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you;

The Shop has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.

Confirmation of order

Confirmation of order will be subject to product availability at the time of the inventory record that has stocks. The Shop will not be responsible to provide the products due stock unavailability. In such situation, the Shop will inform the customers within 24 hours for an option to change or cancel the orders.

Please allow at least 5 working days for order processing.

Delivery

We offer FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$5,000. For orders under HK$5,000, a delivery charge of HK$200 shall apply. Gift vouchers / festive product vouchers / event tickets will be sent by registered mail with a charge of HK$30 per order.

Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, and is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas or hotel’s guest room. Please allow at least 48 hours for delivery. Our staff will contact you within 48 business hours upon receiving of order.

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.

We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the agreed time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the Shop immediately of any change to their delivery address and schedule of delivery.

We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.

Breakage 

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline (as listed below) at the time of delivery, otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

Payment Terms 

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

All product prices listed are in HK dollars.

Your offer to purchase made on Mira Dining online shop shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to you upon delivery.

All online payment are non-refundable.

No order cancellation or amendment is allowed once an online order is confirmed.

We may from time to time set credit limits for individual customers and the Shop reserves the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.

The Shop reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on line at any time.

Miramar Group reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions as contained herein from time to time without prior notice.

In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the English and versions of other languages, the English version shall prevail.
