The twelve Numb and Spicy Jianghu Creations includes: Boiled Mandarin Fish Slices in Chili Broth, Crispy Pork Intestine with Dried Chili and Sichuan Pepper Corn, Crispy Diced Chicken with Dried Chili and Sichuan Pepper Corn, Stewed Pork Belly in Chili Broth, Braised Eggplants stuffed with Minced Pork in Sesame and Chili Sauce, Mala Spicy Beef Cubes, Slow-cooked Goose Breast and Homemade Potato Chips served with Crispy Soya Bean Sauce, Double-cooked Pork Belly with Preserved Cabbage, Boiled Duckling and Bombay Duck with Pickled Turnip in Soup and Stewed King Prawns and Sea Crab with Taro in Spicy Sauce.
