Nourishing Winter Delicacies

The wisdom of Chinese culinary traditions strikes the balance between nature of food and health. Using ingredients of top quality, Master Chef of Cuisine Cuisine prepares a series of warm and nourishing delicacies for the cool and dry seasons.

Recommended dishes include: Traditional Braised Five-Snake Soup, a heritage recipe inherited from Imperial Scholar presented by Master Chef Lee Yuk-Lam, Double-boiled Matsutake and Pigeon stuffed with Bird’s Nest, Sautéed Lobster with Black Pepper.

Winter Nourishing Delicacies are available at Cuisine Cuisine ifc from 1 November during dinner session onwards.
