Hide-Chan Ramen – Short Break from Wellington

Bringing the authentic Kyushu ramen from Fukuoka to Hong Kong since 2011, Mira Dining’s Hide-Chan Ramen has been featured as Bid Gourmand restaurant in Michelin Guide for two consecutive years and won the heart of local diners with its stylish image. We would like to thank you for the support and announce that the only Hide-Chan Ramen Hong Kong shop made a bold move and bid farewell to its current Wellington Street location on 13th December, 2013. Meanwhile, Mira Dining will work closely with Hide-Chan Raman’s Japan headquarter to prepare for the re-opening of a new branch location in 2014. Please keep in touch via our Facebook page and stay tuned.

the chef

A team of eight chefs and service personnel makes your ramen so that it retains the flavors and essence of the original Hide-Chan dishes that were being prepared nearly half century ago by Hideo Kawahara’s father. The thick pork bone ‘tonkotsu’ stock, the boiled ramen noodles along with fresh and distinctive ingredients all go into every bowl of Hide-Chan ramen that the chefs and waiters serve with pride.
