Meanwhile, Brand Chef Francesco Gava has also created a Sunny Egg Combo ($268*) using organic free range eggs from Sunny Queen Farms. The combo includes Pizza Gourmet with Parma Ham, Spinach, Truffle and Soft-baked Egg, Handmade Egg Pasta tossed with Truffle Sauce and Sided with Golden Poached Egg and a complimentary Caramelized Egg Pudding. The three egg dishes can also be ordered as a la carte as well during dinner session from 26 March to 30 April.
